Direct Debit Instruction – Terms and Conditions
Payment Authorization: By signing up for a gym membership, you authorize SPARTAN FITNESS W.L.L. to collect payment through direct debit from the bank account or credit card provided.
Payment Schedule: Membership fees will be automatically debited from your account on a recurring basis according to the selected membership plan. The specific payment amount and frequency will be outlined in the membership agreement.
Notification of Payment: You will receive a notification confirming the amount and date of each payment, which will be deducted from your account.
Failed Payments: In the event that your payment fails, SPARTAN FITNESS W.L.L. may attempt to collect the payment again. If payment fails repeatedly, SPARTAN FITNESS W.L.L. may suspend or terminate your membership.
Changes to Payment Amount: SPARTAN FITNESS W.L.L reserves the right to adjust the membership fee, providing prior notice of any changes.
Cancellation Policy: Strictly no cancellation or refund on gym membership installment plans until the agreement is completed and the full amount outlined in the agreement is paid to SPARTAN FITNESS W.L.L.
Membership Freeze: For direct debit membership plans, no freezing is available.
Account Updates: It is your responsibility to notify SPARTAN FITNESS W.L.L promptly of any changes to your account details, such as a change in your bank account, credit card, or contact information.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable.
Governing Law: These payment terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
