This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and disclose personal information through spartan.fitness, other websites and services we own and operate, and Spartan Kitchen, our meal subscription service available at kitchen.spartan.fitness.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you knowingly provide when using our services, participating in promotions, or contacting us, together with information automatically provided by your device.
Depending on the service and what is reasonably necessary, personal information may include:
- Your name.
- Email address.
- Telephone or mobile number.
- Date of birth.
- Government-issued identification number.
- Account, order, and meal subscription information.
- Communication preferences, SMS consent records, and opt-out requests.
When you access our websites, our systems may automatically collect:
- Your device’s IP address.
- Browser type and version.
- Pages visited.
- Date, time, and duration of visits.
- Technical information associated with errors.
- Other information about your interaction with our websites.
Technical information may not identify you by itself, but it may become identifying when combined with other information.
3. How We Collect and Use Information
We may collect information when you:
- Access our websites or services through a browser or mobile device.
- Create or use an account, place an order, or purchase a subscription.
- Contact us through email, social media, or similar channels.
- Mention us on social media.
- Participate in our services or promotions.
- Enable or disable communication preferences.
We collect and use personal information only where we have a legitimate reason and only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
We may use information to provide and administer our services, manage accounts and subscriptions, process orders, communicate with you, respond to enquiries, maintain communication preferences, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We will not further process your information for purposes incompatible with those for which it was collected, except where permitted by law or with any required consent.
We may combine information you provide with general information or research from trusted sources, subject to this policy and applicable law.
4. Spartan Kitchen SMS Notifications
Spartan Kitchen is operated by Spartan Fitness W.L.L.
Our meal subscription SMS program provides optional service notifications to customers who actively enable SMS in their profile and purchase a meal subscription. SMS is OFF by default. Providing a mobile number, registering an account, or purchasing a subscription does not by itself enroll you in SMS notifications.
Customers opt in by signing in to Spartan Kitchen, opening Profile > Notifications, reading the SMS disclosure, and enabling the SMS switch.
Notifications may include:
- Order confirmations.
- Meal selection reminders, sent when a meal has not been selected.
- Delivery updates.
- Payment and renewal alerts.
This SMS program does not include promotional messages or one-time passwords (OTPs).
Message frequency varies according to your subscription and relevant service events. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Disabling SMS does not cancel your meal subscription.
We use your mobile number, relevant account and subscription information, and SMS consent preferences to administer and deliver these notifications. We record consent and opt-out requests to maintain your messaging preferences.
You may unsubscribe by replying STOP or disabling SMS in your profile. Following an opt-out, a confirmation message may be sent, and further recurring notifications will stop.
For assistance, reply HELP or email info@spartan.fitness.

5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Protection
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from the general sharing provisions in this policy. We do not disclose them to advertisers, promotional partners, competition sponsors, or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
Service providers supporting our messaging program may process the information necessary to deliver messages and administer messaging preferences solely on our behalf for those purposes.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required, subject to applicable law.
These SMS protections take precedence over any broader sharing provision elsewhere in this policy.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
Subject to the SMS protections above, applicable law, and any required consent, we may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:
- A parent company, subsidiary, or affiliate.
- Service providers supporting IT, hosting, data storage, analytics, advertising, or other business services.
- Employees, contractors, and related entities.
- Agents or business partners assisting with our services.
- Sponsors or promoters of competitions in which you participate.
- Courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.
- Other parties assisting with lawful data collection or processing.
These provisions do not authorize sharing mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Security of Personal Information
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, and modification.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will comply with applicable obligations concerning personal data breaches.
You are responsible for choosing secure passwords and protecting access to your accounts.
8. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
When information is no longer required, we will delete it or anonymize it.
We may retain information longer where necessary for legal, accounting, reporting, or recordkeeping obligations, or lawful public-interest archiving, research, or statistical purposes.
Consent and opt-out records may be retained as necessary to respect your communication preferences and demonstrate compliance.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including where we or our service providers operate.
Those countries may have different data protection laws. We will handle international transfers in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the protections described in this policy.
10. Your Rights and Choices
You may choose not to provide personal information. However, this may affect our ability to provide services that require it.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. Requests remain subject to legal requirements and permitted exceptions.
If we receive your personal information from another party, we will protect it under this policy. That party must have the necessary consent or other lawful authority to provide it.
11. Communication Preferences and Corrections
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications through the opt-out method provided in those communications.
For Spartan Kitchen SMS notifications, reply STOP or disable SMS in Profile > Notifications.
To correct inaccurate information or request help with communication preferences, email info@spartan.fitness. We will take reasonable steps to address your request.
